Hello ,

P/O Barnett George Howell J/90983 from 432 RCAF sqdn was killed in Belgium on 30 december 1944, he's buried at the Jemeppe-sur-Sambre cemetery. Is there someone who has more info on the circumstances of his death.

According to information on the 6 Group website, the aircraft he was on board was hit by flak, injuring the Nav and B/Aimer, the B/Aimer was baled out. The aircraft was flown back on two engines.
So it's possible that  he died of his injuries shortly after.
