My grandmother's brother was John Francis Savage - http://www.bombercrew.com/35/savage.htm
My mum and myself are really interested in learning more about him. We have a few pieces of information however we would really like to know what were his prior missions and anything else as well is very much appreciated! My email is william.cunningham@uqconnect.edu.au
Is it possible to get a better quality version of William Scott Muego's logbook which details his prior flights? I am assuming that John Savage was on these prior flights as well as they were in the same crew when John died. Scott's logbook is one of the photos here: http://www.bombercrew.com/35/muego.htm
Thank you!

[Always looking for COPIES of original documents / photographs etc relating to these subjects]
My dad, William Scott Muego, flew with John Francis Savage.
All the information relating to my dad's service in Bomber Command was posted on line some years ago.
His log book does not exist. An extract from it, compiled, I suspect, retrospectively, in collaboration with Stan Boulton, the Mid-Upper Gunner, was posted along with all other material in my posession on the Bomber Command.com website (A Canadian commemorative website). The contact person was Linda Ibroms.
If you have any other information about the crew, or if you think I can help you further, please get in touch. My e-mail is dougiemuego@gmail.com.
