The following is based on my research experience; others may have other thoughts:

Unfortunately, there is very little information about ground crew in a squadron's ORB. The only time I have seen them mentioned is if they were involved in an incident or where a squadron movement order includes a list of personnel.

The station ORBs that I have seen are much the same, although I have seen monthly information on postings of base personnel (but I have not checked to see if these are officers only)

You will therefore have to rely on service records to get posting information / trade(s) / training etc
