Can anyone tell me if this base was part of 6 Group??? if so/if not what Squadrons were based there if any or was it a C.U.???? Thx.

Hi Bill
From rafweb.org it seems that no75 Base was created on 30/11/44 as part of 5Gp with airfields at Swinderby,Winthorpe and Wigsley. It seems to have been mostly concerned with Training and was under the command of A/Cdr E I Bussell
