We would like to ask if there is in your Association a member of her who could give more details about:

a Whitley aircraft from 58º Squadron, which took off from St Eval in Cornwall on an anti-submarine patrol over the Bay of Biscay.

The aircraft was found crashed in the cliffs of Galicia coast near of Cariño's village on 12th June of 1942.

The crews names are:

Pilot Officer Kenneth Brian Willson (20 years)

Pilot Officer Leslie Charles Froud (21 years)

Flight Pilot Alexander Seaton Lorimer (33 years)

Sergeant Douglas Arthur Harsum

Sergeant Herbert Kitchener Bromage ( 27 years)

Sergeant Stanley Brimer ( 23 years)

We would like to print a brochure with some family photos in order to

remember them.

Thanks in advance for helping us and please to follow all the informations to:

Hello Jose,

At time of writing, I have not beenable to find much about this 'loss'.

58 Squadron transferred from Bomber Command to Coastal Command on the 7th of April 1942.

I did find a listing on the Commonwealth Wargraves Commission site, for which you can follow up with the other crew. The less you type in the better, so to speak.

Regards,
John
