Your post does not really make it clear what you are looking for (eg specific personnel, crew, squadron, location) so it is difficult to answer. Are you able to provide a bit more information about your objectives?
Regards
Pete

[Always looking for COPIES of original documents / photographs etc relating to these subjects]
This is not really my field but Library and Archives Canada at http://www.collectionscanada.gc.ca/index-e.html may be a useful start point for you as it provides links to the various Canadian archive sites and provides access to service information for the Canadian war dead. I have not looked at it in detail but you may find the rules / procedures for obtaining service records on there.
Sorry I did not make myself clear, I know the squadron and aircrew details, I suppose I am wanting to find out about their training, postings etc. In effect their 'service' records, are they available to view?
If they were killed in action then their personnel files are open to all. Each file will contain what is referred to as Record of Service Airmen which will contain all postings, training schools, leave etc.
