Trying to find information on the Citation for 628829 A.C.2 R.H. Francis. who was awarded a DFM in or around Feb 1940 while serving on 149 Sqn. as an Air Gunner for WingCo R. Kellett. I believe it was for a double shoot-down on 18th Dec '39. He was also MID, probably for a second action. Any help appreciated. I have ORBs etc, but cannot find the citation.
