Hi,

you probably have the following from Bill Chorleys BCL 1944.  I cannot find any night fighter claim for ND826

20-21 Apr 1944       635 Sqn Lancaster  III ND826 F2-W          Op: Ottignies

T/o 2128 Downham Market with orders to bomb rail installations. Crashed at Dion-le-Mont (Brabant), 4 km ESE of Wavre, Belgium. All are buried in Heverlee War Cemetery. Their skipper had completed 42 operational sorties. His was an experienced crew; W/O Palmer and F/S Hambling had both flown with 97 Squadron and their awards were gazetted on 11 February 1944 and 21 December 1945 respectively, while W/O White had completed his first tour with 49 Squadron, his DFM being published in the London Gazette on 18 May 1943.
