Hi,

I need help to document the journey of this airplane and specially of these 8 unsung heroes (including my uncle JEAN PAUL LAURIN) in order to write a book on my 2 family heroes GEORGES DUBOIS (# 2002007) Private WWI and JEAN PAUL LAURIN (# J/22363) Flying Officer RCAF WW2.

-C. T. O. DUDLEY (Cecil Thomas Oswald), Navigator, U.K. ? # 569983 (air service ??), MIA-MPK-KIA, Rheinberg War Cemetery (Cologne South).

-R. S.  MORLEY (Robert Stinson), Air Gunner on strength, #  Canadian/Ontario  R/136408 (RCAF), MIA-MPK-KIA, Runnymede. ) 1 photo available from his military service file.

-J. P. LAURIN (Jean Paul), Flying Officer under Training, # Canadian/Quebec  J/22363 (RCAF), MIA-MPK-KIA, Runnymede. 2 photos available from the direct family.

-P.F. COTTLE (P. ? F. ?), Air Gunner,  U.K. ?? # 1381859 (RAF ?), MIA-MPK-POW # 260472, L-6 Heygerkrug, travel and (fate ??), final rest ?? .

Hi Jacques,

the Lancaster was claimed by Major Walter Ehle Stab II./NJG1     5 km  S.W  Jüllich (Gemse):       height: 5.000 m.       time: 01.18

(source: Nachtjagd War Diaries Vol 1 :  Theo Boiten).

Hi Jacques,

the National Archives have a combat report submitted by a Sgt Morley of 61 Squadron, for 26th April 1943.
