I have just read the aforementioned book and found it an interesting and very human account.  With the attrition rate i am in awe of the courage it took to fly repeated missions.  I wondered if Harry Yates is still alive?  As our veterans pass on i think it critical that young folks understand what was asked of that generation, and what it cost them --- might be a little less whining in the world!
