I am not seeing any spam at the moment, my understanidng was the last incident involved someone making a seemingly legitimate post and then spamming the user's email.
Honestly, there is no way for me to combat that type of action. Please be dilligent in taking precautions with your email addresses.

I put my email out on some other forum and i kept getting
Things in the spam filter. So now all spam is automatically deleted from certain
Email addresses as i have set my email to do so.
I realise this is off topic, but I'm trying to get to an admin for this forum and I can think of no other way of getting 'in'. I've applied twice and neither time did I receive the confirmation email (I've checked the spam folder and nothing has got through - I applied hours ago.) The notification says that if no email is received to contact the forum admin, but I cannot find any address anywhere for any forum admin. Is there anyone on this chain who can help?
I'm willing to give an email address which I rarely use (but I do monitor) - this is not either of the ones I've used to try and join:

I hope someone can help. I'm an interviewer with the International Bomber Command Centre and am interviewing a former Flight Engineer from 78 Sqn this coming Sunday, so I'm trying to research what I can about the sqn during his time - I saw a sqn photo, posted by 'Lover'(!) on 30 Apr 2014 (here http://100548.activeboard.com/t40127075/squadron-78-breighton-england-photos/), and I was interested in trying to get a good electronic copy (if I can) that I might be able to show to this chap in case he's in it.
