Hi there,

I hope I'm posting this in the correct place, my apologies if not.

My grandfather Frank Cheshire passed away just over a year ago, and due to family complications I never got to know him that well. I was hoping to find out more about his war years. I know he was is 35squadron and was on the goodwill tour, but was wondering if anybody knew anything else about him. I know during the tour he was on TL-L Tw892, and was wondering if anyone knew anything else about the rest of the crew and operations they were imvolved in.

i would really appreciate it if anyone could let me know anything they know, even the most minor detail.

thanks

Joe

I would be happy to piece together a document on your grandfather's time with No. 35 Squadron and provide you with a copy of a document I produced on the goodwill tour for another family.

Please let me know if this would be of interest

Regards

PeteT
