You will not find much about his training as course lists and photographs are few and far between; the record books for the training units very rarely contain names. All you can do is keep posting on forums such as this and you may strike lucky and find that a family member of another member of his crew or of another airman on one of his training courses has a crew or course photo amongst their possessions.
Not much help .... but hopefully it is a start point for you

Thanks for your prompt reply my father flew in LL885 GI-J amongst others which is one of only a few aircraft to complete over 100 ops. His Pilot was Jack Lunn.
I followed the link in facebook and if you look at the photos the one with the Queen and princess Elizabeth my father is the one with his white jumper sticking out of the bottom of his tunic.
