Folks - My interest is 76 Squadron, but by chance one of my best mates is the son of David "Jock" Arundel of 158 Squadron. Jock passed away many years ago but sadly his wife - my mates Mum passed shortly after Christmas. He has since been sorting the house out and remembering my recent journey over my Uncle sent me a couple of pictures. One is of the crew. The second is of Jock's medals including the DFM and a piece of shrapnel all laid out on his blackout curtain...complete with bullet holes.
He also has a copy of When the chain broke and a DVD of a memorial service at Lissett.
